Since I'm living in a society where it sometimes seems people are in a race to see who can be the fattest, I respect your desire to lose weight. However, I don't honestly think you need to.
In my opinion I think you should focus on toning and firming up, rather than just solely losing weight. Not only do I find that kind of woman much more attractive, but I also know that it's better for health in the long run to have that kind of body. For example, strength training to lessen the risk of osteoporosis.
Anyway, that's my two cents. I got here through Two Cans and String, by the way, and once I saw the pictures I thought I'd offer my opinion.
